My name is David and I am a physical therapist who works in the North East Georgia area about an hour north of Atlanta. I graduated from an Atlanta area physical therapy program in 1990. I have worked in an out patient orthopedic setting for the last 10 years. I am submitting this account as portion of my continued participation in the EIM orthopedic residency program.
