Do both stress xrays and MRIs have 87% diagnostic accuracy or is it just MRIs?

Patellar Subluxation/Dislocation[edit source]
Did you find anything that mentioned any significance in changes with the sulcus angle? I know it goes hand in hand with the congruence angle, but does it signify any other pathology when the sulcus angle is above or 137-141 deg?
