I am Dr. Ambuja Bhardwaj, a dedicated sports physiotherapist with a robust academic and professional background. I completed my bachelors degree in 2017 and my masters degree in 2019. Over the years, I have served as the official sports physiotherapist for numerous national and international tournaments, showcasing my expertise and commitment to athletic care. I am certified in Kinesiotaping, Dry- Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Training, equipping me with advance skill to optimize patient outcomes. As a proud member member of Indian Association of Physiotherapists(IAP) since 2020, I stay abreast of the latest developments in physiotherapy practice. Currently, I am serving as an Assistant Professor at RIMT University, a position I have held for the last 5 years. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I embarked on my PhD journey in 2022and have already published 16 articles, contributing significantly to the field of sports physiotherapy.[edit | edit source]
