I am a physiotherapist of 26 years experience. I have a genuine interest & fascination with the various presentations of pain patients that I see. I believe that I learn more from the patients who don't improve rather than the ones who get better. Having said that, my frustrations only increase when I think that I have the pathology understood only to find the outcome of my intervention is not what I expected.
