About Me

My name is Kara Casey and I am a first year DPT student at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. I am currently working as a physical therapy technician at Baptist Hospital East in the acute care setting and have been there for a little over a year. I really enjoy working in a hosptial setting but am also interested in other areas of physical therapy such as sports medicine, pediatrics, and women's health.

I was born in Louisville and have completed all of my schooling in this city. Through high school and grade school I have participated in competitive sports which is where my initial interest in physical therapy came from. I had great experiences with physical therapy in the past and hope to one day give my patients the same feeling.
