Philippe Paquette was awarded a M. Sc. in physiotherapy from the Université de Montréal (U de M) in 2011. After three years of clinical practice at a private clinic, he undertook a PhD in rehabilitation sciences in September 2014 at U de M under the supervision of Prof. Dany Gagnon, PhD, PT and Johanne Higgins, PhD, OT. Philippe Paquette completed a research internship funded by a grant from the Ordre professional de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) prior to initiating his PhD. His main research interests include the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging to quantify the integrity and mechanical properties of the median nerve and the effects of neurodynamic techniques in pathological and healthy populations.
