-Clinical Specialist working with severly disabled people to help them to identify any unmet needs and to work together to address these. Typically they may be specialised equipment provision and the raising of funds for these. Employment, housing, independant living are all typical issues. We are jpint funded and work closely with social services and voluntary sector.
