In 2008 I decided to challenge myself physically. I started doing sprint triathlons. Another physical therapist suggested I do one with her. My first response was, "No. I hate running. I don't have a bike. I have no idea how to swim. I'm scared of lakes!" Well, I changed my mind and learned how to swim, got a bike and put on shoes and started 'running.'
