I have always had an interest in healthcare, and promoting general health in a holistic way. I was inspired to do a degree in Physiotherapy by my desire to help people and my interest in exercise and its crucial, yet often understated, role. I am delighted to be in a profession that can take you anywhere in the world and gives you the opportunity to work in such a broad range of areas.

I graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from University of Limerick, Ireland, this year and am keen to gain experience in every area I can. I am excited to get out into the world of the practicing physiotherapist and see Physiopedia as a great way to expand my knowledge and skill set. I have a broad range of clinical interests but in particular my areas of focus are women's health, obesity, and chronic pain.
