Patient is seated with elbow flexed to 90 degrees and wrist over the edge of a table or plinth with forearm in pronation

Goniometer Placement[edit | edit source]

AXIS LOCATION STATIONARY ARM MOVEMENT ARM
capitate dorsal midline of forearm parallel with longitudinal axis of 3rd metacarpal

Expected range of motion is 0- 20 degrees[1]
