Talk:Diagnostic Imaging for Physical Therapists

Under CT indications, it mentions contraindications for MRI usage. Why would it be contraindicated to use MRI for stenosis or OA?  I thought MRI typically viewed these things better?

  • It's not that it would be contraindicated for the conditions OA or stenosis, but that if the patient has contraindications for an MRI then a CT scan could be used.
