Catherine qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1996 from the University of Birmingham (UK) with a first class honours degree (BSc in Physiotherapy). Her initial working career was at Birmingham University Hospitals NHS Trust with a general rotational post and she completed her rotational grade post at Nottingham City Hospital.
