I am a Physiotherapist, proudly Mexican, currently working at COSTAMED Tulum, the largest medical network in the Riviera Maya. I discovered Physiopedia in 2016 when I was a university professor, during my teaching career I was supported by certain books and also articles that were in Physiopedia, to teach my students at that time, because I have always believed that the most advanced and updated information is found in English language. <br>

I am a Physiotherapist, proudly Mexican, currently working at COSTAMED Tulum, the largest medical network in the Riviera Maya. I discovered Physiopedia in 2016 when I was a university professor, during my teaching career I was supported by certain books and also articles that were in Physiopedia, to teach my students at that time, because I have always believed that the most advanced and updated information is found in English language.

I have a broader interest in education, research, and technology. I aspire to contribute to the development of evidence-based physiotherapy and communicate the advances of our profession to the whole world, especially in Latin America.

  • Physiotherapist at COSTAMED Tulum hospital. May 2020 - Present.
  • Admissions executive at COSTAMED Tulum hospital. January 2020 - April 2020.
  • University professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Huatusco, teaching subjects such as bio-mechanics, anatomy and physiology, neurophysiology, assessment and treatment in Physiotherapy, among others. May 2017 - December 2018.
  • University professor at the Universidad Mundo Maya, teaching on the importance of physiotherapy in the preventive and rehabilitative stage of the patient. July 2016 - May 2017.
  • Physiotherapist of the Corsarios de Campeche Club, professional football team of the 3rd division of the Mexican league. July 2014 - August 2016.
  • Social service intern for the Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy at the C.C.D.U (Cultural and University Sports Center) of the Universidad Autónoma de Campeche. August 2014 - July 2015
