About Me
[edit | edit source]
I am a student currently enrolled in Bellarine University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program. I obtained my B.S. in Physiological Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, and subsequently spent over six thousand hours as a physical therapy tech in an outpatient clinic in Los Angeles for Therapeutic Associates, Inc. Thus far I have three major goals. Firstly, I aim to excel in Bellarmine’s DPT program. Following graduation, I will obtain a certification as an orthopaedic clinical specialist. Lastly, once I have sufficient experience I would like to spend time as a clinical instructor for future physical therapy students. These plans may of course change, and I am open to following whatever path I might stumble upon in physical therapy. That said, regardless of the specific niche of PT that I find myself practicing in, I plan to work hard to make myself an asset to my community, my peers, and the numerous physical therapy students following in my footsteps.
