I am an enthusiastic Physical Therapist with a passion for health and wellness promotion! After graduating with a  Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from India, I came to the United States for my Master's in Rehabilitation Sciences. It introduced me to the clinical research world, and I fell in love with evidence-based rehabilitation. I recently moved to Canada after working for 3 years in outpatient PT. When I am not working, I am an avid traveler, gastronome, and an ardent fan of board games. I love to taste and learn about different types of coffee from all around the world!

I came across Physiopedia and decided to contribute in any capacity that I can; the mission of reaching out globally without access restrictions aligns very perfectly with my personal motto. I also enjoy teaching and writing for healthcare communities and the general public about useful tips.
