- Spinal Fixation at C4 - C8 with Spinal Decompression
Day 3 - 72 Hours Post Injury[edit | edit source]

- Some Returned Sensation but Altered
- S4/5 Grade 1 Bilaterally
- Minimal Motor Function below Level
- Elbow Flexors Grade 1 Right
